The beer topic for May will be Saisons. Steve Parker has agreed to provide a discussion of the topic and bring a couple of commercial samples of the style to the meeting.
CHALLENGE Brew your version of a Saison and bring it to the May meeting! You have 2 months for brewing, fermenting, crashing, and carbonation. This is not a competition or judging. Your beer is good beer because you made it yourself, and we would like to help each other make better beer. Naveed, Allen, and I have agreed to try our hands at this style and will appreciate your input on whether we nailed it or not. Bring what you have!
